Using the tools available, you can create a Powerpoint presentation in minutes.

Need to make a Powerpoint presentation quickly? Already have a Word document of notes?

Do not worry, we have a solution for you!

The first thing you need to do is open the Word document that has the notes in. Highlight what will become a slide title, head over to ‘Styles’ and select ‘Heading 1’.

Then highlight what will be teh notes in the slide, head over to ‘Styles’ and select ‘Heading 2’.

Repeat these two steps for all the titles and notes for each slide.

Now with the prep work done, open Powerpoint and go to ‘New Slide’, the ‘Slides from Outline’. A window will pop up and all you need to do is open your Word document.

There you have it, your new Powerpoint presentation ready and waiting for you.
