Armed Services Covenant

We are proud to support the Armed Forces Community — veterans, reservists, and military families.

Our founder, Nick Haley, served in the British Army for more than 12 years. As well as wanting to provide first-class IT managed services for ambitious businesses, his drive behind Little Big Tech is to support the Armed Forces Community, including veterans, reservists, and military families.

The Armed Forces Covenant is a promise made by communities, businesses, and charities to ensure those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces — and their families — are treated fairly.

It was vital to Nick that Little Big Tech supports this initiative. He has witnessed the difficulties that veterans can face when trying to build a new life for themselves, particularly when trying to secure a job. He has also observed how hard and isolating life can be for military spouses — many families move around every two years, making it difficult to build a career or put down roots.

The Little Big Tech team works entirely remotely. Our meetings fit around family commitments, and geographical location doesn't matter. We pledge to provide a secure job where all our people feel like one of the team, no matter where they're based or how often they move around.

Right now, almost 60% of our team has a military connection.
