Your Validated assessment sets your baseline. Before you commit to anything, you get your target score, your 90-Day Resilience Plan, everything we need from you, and every pound of investment we know is required to get there. No surprises at week three.
If we haven't hit the agreed target in 90 days, our management fee stops and we keep working. If after another 90 days we still haven't moved it, we'll tell you we're not the right provider and hand you over properly.
You don't have to claim it. No forms, no arguing, no submitting anything. If we miss the target, the fee stops automatically and we tell you.

We'll lift you above 3.0 within 90 days. This is where the fastest, most valuable gains sit — and it's commonly where we see organisations starting.
Between 3.0 and 3.9
We'll improve your score by at least half a point within 90 days. In our assessments, we typically see organisations operating comfortably from 3.5 upward — that's the trajectory this puts you on.
4.0 or above
You're already operating at a strong level of resilience. The conversation shifts from protecting the business to using technology to grow it.
Why this is different from a marketing guarantee
You know everything before you commit
Your target score, your plan, your responsibilities and the required investment are all disclosed before you sign. If we later find something we should have spotted at assessment, that's on us — your refusal to fund it doesn't pause the guarantee.
No claim required
If we miss, the fee stops automatically. You don't submit anything or argue with anyone.
We don't mark our own homework
Same scoring methodology at day 90 as day one. Reassessment by a consultant who didn't do the remediation. Every scored item evidenced and available to you. And if you still disagree, you can call in an independent assessor — we pay for it if they find we missed.
The clock is visible
You can see your guarantee status and elapsed days at any point. No day-115 arguments about whose delay counted.
If we can't do it, we leave
Ninety days of guarantee. If we've missed, ninety days of free management service while we keep working. If we still haven't moved it, we'll tell you we're not the right provider for you and hand you over properly — full documentation, your data, cooperation with whoever you choose next, no exit charges. We're not going to take your money for something we can't deliver.

Where an action sits with you and isn't completed, the clock pauses rather than the guarantee ending — and you can see the status at any time.
