Standard
£75 / user / month + VAT
10-user minimum, for firms of 10 to 100 users. Billed monthly, exclusive of VAT.
If you're on Microsoft 365, our service requires Microsoft 365 Business Premium (licensed at Microsoft's published cost). Google Workspace is fully supported.
The 90-Day Resilience Guarantee
We’ll make your business more resilient in 90 days. If we don’t, we stop charging.
And we don't ask you to take our word for it. We measure your resilience before we start, and again at day 90.

Outside the Standard rate
- →Software licences — billed at their own published cost, not marked up as part of the £75. Microsoft 365 clients must be on Business Premium; Google Workspace is fully supported
- →Hardware — laptops, servers, networking equipment
- →Project work — migrations, office moves, new-system rollouts
- →On-site IT support — a separate agreement, not included by default
As a planning guide, licences, hardware and project work typically add roughly £20 per seat per month plus £250 per month across the company — our own budgeting estimate for spend that sits outside the monthly service fee, not a quotation. Your actual figure may be materially different in either direction.
